Grainger CountyGrainger County, nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, is touted as "The Undiscovered Gem of East Tennessee." This 310 square mile community is bordered by Norris Lake on the north, Cherokee Lake on the south and is bisected in the middle by Clinch Mountain. It borders Knox County and is just a short drive from the city of Knoxville. Its county seat is Rutledge, and the county boasts a population of just over 20,000.
